Heath Frisby Gold for Best Trick

Heath Frisby, the OG of Freestyle snowmobiling, has finally struck GOLD at Winter X Games 14!!  Heath pulled off a huge Ruler Indian Air Backflip to claim the number one spot and finally stand on top of that illustrious podium!!  It has been a long time coming for FRISBY and all of us at SCS want to send out a big congratulations to Heath Frisby for all his hard work and dedication!!

WHEN: January 28 – January 31, 2010

WHERE: Aspen, Colorado

WHO: More than 200 of the best action sports athletes including past Olympians will compete in Skiing, Snowboard and Snowmobile. For Winter X Games 13, 51 Olympians participated in the event in Aspen.

DETAILS: The Winter X Games, the premier action sports event in the world, will be held January 28 through January 31, 2010 in Aspen, Colorado.

Winter X Games 14 will be covered live on ESPN & ESPN2 as well as online through ESPN.com/Action and ESPN360. The event has been held in Aspen for six years, and it was announced in a press conference during Winter X Games 13 that the event will stay in Aspen/ Snowmass through 2012.

The 2010 ESPN Winter X Games are fast approaching and SCS plans to be on-site in full force documenting the four day extravaganza event via photo and web updates!! We plan on supporting our current contingent of ever-impressive athletes that will be competing at X this year. Heath Frisby will be competing in 3 out of 4 snowmobile disciplines; Best Trick, Freestyle and Knockout. Frisby has been training harder than ever and is looking to finally get his first Winter X Games Gold. Isaac Sherbine is also slated to be competing in Freestyle (Sledstyle) and has an alternate spot in Knockout. Isaac hopes to be a podium threat in this year’s Sledstyle event and hopes that his consistent training with Frisby will pay off. Willie Elam and Cody Borchers have both secured alternate spots in Freestyle as well and we all at SCS wish them the best of luck with getting into the big show!! We hope to see all of our athletes’ fans in attendance at X Games and we will be updating website constantly. So, please check website regularly during X Games!! Everyone at SCS is delighted with the evolution of Freestyle/Sledstyle over the last year.  It is very clear the hard work and training for both Frisby and Parsons paid off.   They were cleanest, most powerful riders on the course and we can only wait in anticipation  for next year.

At SCS we have always held pride in our involvement with the actions sports industry.  This year is no different as Heath Frisby and Joe Parsons are representing custom SCS Sled Graphics throughout the duration of WX13.
